CHEESE PASTRY 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Press 1 pack of rolls in a greased 9x12 pan (unseparated).

Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Spread creamed mixture over rolls. Press second pack of rolls over the creamed mixture. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
