BAKED FILLET OF SOLE 
4 fillets of sole
Milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
Pepper
Seafood seasoning, optional

Marinate fillets in milk for 20 minutes. Place fillets in glass baking pan. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and spread over fillets, covering surface. Bake 7 to 10 minutes in 500 degree oven or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
