3 c. grated zucchini
1 sm. onion, grated
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. oil

Mix all ingredients in one bowl; put in a well buttered pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
