Have butcher slice ham into 1/4 inch slices and tie in original shape. 1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained 1/2 c. orange juice 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 to 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
Combine all ingredients (except ham) in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. May be refrigerated several days in advance and reheated.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour. Remove ham from oven. Pour off juices. Spoon enough fruit mixture over ham to coat well, mounding fruit generously on top. Return ham to oven. Bake uncovered 30 minutes; baste occasionally. Place ham on serving platter. Cut and carefully remove strings. Makes 12 servings.
