JOANN'S BUFFET POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes from store
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1-2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

In bowl combine thawed hash browns with next seven ingredients and spread mixture into 9"x13" greased casserole dish. Combine crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter and pour evenly over hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
