BUFFET POTATOES 
1 1/2 lb. pkg. frozen O'Brien potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients. Place in 3 quart baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 10 to 15.
