BUFFET POTATOES 
2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick melted butter
3 tbsp. minced onions
1 jar of mushrooms
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix ingredients together and place in glass 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with tin foil and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
