BUFFET POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
10 oz. grated cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dried onion or a little fresh

Thaw potatoes, grease baking dish. Combine all ingredients, pour into baking dish; bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
