TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can hot tomatoes with chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
7 oz. bag taco chips

Brown onion and ground beef; drain. Mix and bring to boil, tomatoes and chilies, and both soups. Crush taco chips in medium pieces. Put 1/2 bag taco chips in 3 quart casserole. Add half of meat mixture, then other half of tacos, then the rest of the meat. Pour soup mixture over all. Cut Velveeta cheese in slices and cover top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
