1 (3 oz.) Jello, whatever flavor you want them
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Colorful Glaze (below)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 1 tablespoon Jello dry. Mix remaining dry Jello, powdered sugar, butter until mixed. Add flour and salt. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set, 8 to 10 minutes, NOT BROWN. Remove and cool.

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. jello
3 tbsp. hot water

let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until smooth. Drizzle over cookies. (Put cookies on foil then you can throw mess away of drizzle.)
