BLACK FOREST CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust (homemade or Keebler)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until well combined. Add egg and vanilla mixing just until combined. Spread into crust.

Bake at 350°F for 22 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let cool for 1-2 hours.

Slice and serve with whipped topping and canned or fresh fruit.
