BREAKFAST MUFFINS 
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 c. homogenized milk
1 tsp. salt
1 can blueberries

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in muffin tins at 375 degrees until done. Batter will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
