SPANAKOPITA 
3 lb. frozen chopped spinach
1 med. onion, diced
3 green onions, chopped
Parsley, chopped
Dill, chopped
1 c. rice
1 lb. phyllo
1 lb. butter

Thaw spinach and combine first 5 ingredients. Parboil rice; drain and add to mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Butter pan and layer half of phyllo sheets, buttering each layer. Place mixture inside. Layer remaining phyllo on top, brushing butter on each layer. Place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to cool before cutting.
