1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. juice from oranges
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, except oranges. Beat 4 minutes, then add oranges and beat until pieces are small. Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
