CARROT CRUSH 
1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. fresh pineapple, cut in chunks
4 sm. carrots cut into pieces
3 ice cubes

Or take canned chunk pineapple and rinse off sweet syrup

Put all ingredients (except ice cubes) in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 15 seconds. Turn blender off; add ice cubes, cover and blend a few seconds more. Serve at once. Makes 2 servings.
