NO - FAT OVEN FRENCH FRIES 
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. paprika
2 baking potatoes, unpeeled
1 egg white, beaten
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine Parmesan cheese and oregano, garlic powder and paprika. Set aside. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; dip into egg white and dredge in Parmesan cheese mixture. Place fries skin side down on a baking sheet that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serves 4.
