BAKED STUFFED LOBSTER 
For each lobster:

1/2 c. scallops or crabmeat, cut into sm. pieces, meat from the claws
20 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1/8 c. butter, melted

Split the lobster down the center, between the legs. Break off the claws, cook them, cut into small pieces and use the stuffing. Mix above ingredients well and put stuffing in the split-open part of the lobster. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
