CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned & cut into 1" strips
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Roll chicken in seasoned bread crumbs. Put in large cake pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Sauce thickens as it bakes. There is more than enough sauce to serve over egg noodles as a side dish.
