CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 breasts of chicken, boiled
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chicken broth (I use canned)
1/2 box Escort crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all liquid ingredients together. Crush crackers and mix with butter. Place 1/2 of cracker mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 inch Pyrex glass dish. Put a layer of chopped chicken. Then, a layer of the liquid mixture. Then, chicken. Then, liquid until both are gone. Top with other 1/2 of cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
