APPLESAUCE - PECAN BREAD 
1 2/3 c. Gold Medal oat flour blend
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. applesauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of loaf pan. Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 45 seconds, scraping bowl frequently. Pour into pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Wrap tightly and store at room temperature up to 4 days. 1 loaf (24 slices).
