MODIFIED APPLESAUCE PECAN BREAD 
1 c. flour
2/3 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 egg whites

Sift together the flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, salt and spices in large bowl. Stir in the pecans and raisins. Stir together the applesauce, oil and egg whites and stir into the dry ingredients until moistened.
