CANTON-TEASE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt
Pepper
MSG
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 lg. green peppers

Combine ground beef, egg, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, onion, salt, pepper, and MSG and form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Fry in small amount of oil and drain. In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoons cornstarch and pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar until thickens. Stir constantly. Add meatballs and green pepper, cut in strips and pineapple chunks. Just heat. Do not cook or you will lose color and crispness. Serve over rice or as an appetizer.
