TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger, brown and drain

Add:

1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
8 oz. tomato sauce

Cool. Finely cut:

2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1/2 c. onion

8 oz. pkg. shredded sharp cheese
8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can kidney beans, drain well
1 c. Thousand Island dressing

Mix all together, refrigerate until ready to serve. Then add:

1/2 head lettuce
1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
5 1/2 oz. Doritos taco chips (partly crushed), mix most of them in salad but save a few to use on top for garnish

Serve cold. Makes a large bowl.
