CRUSTLESS QUICHE 
4 eggs
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
9 slices crumbled bacon
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 or 3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk

Put bacon, cheese, and onion in bottom of a greased pie pan. Blend milk, eggs, Bisquick, and pepper in blender at high speed for 1 minute. Pour into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Test just off center with a knife as you would test custard.

For variety, add 1/2 teaspoon parsley or add 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper - 6 slices.
