BETTY'S BAKED SAUSAGE 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh pork sausage
1/2 c. pancake syrup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. orange juice

Arrange sausage in shallow baking dish. Combine syrup, brown sugar and orange juice in measuring cup. Pour over sausage. Season with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours; turning once. Serves 4.
