LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 lg. bananas
1 sm. can drained, crushed pineapple
Sm. marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in water, while still warm, add pineapple and bananas. Place in a 9 x 9 inch glass dish. Cover with layer of marshmallows. Let stand until firm.

SECOND PART:

1 c. pineapple juice & water
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten with fork
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped cream or 1 lg. Cool Whip

Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Add sugar, flour, egg and butter. Cook until starts to get thick. Cool until thick. Layer this over marshmallows. Now cover with whip cream.
