CRAB AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. fine dry noodles, can use more
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat or 1/2 lb. fresh
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. diced green pepper
3 tbsp. diced celery
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Blend milk, soup and mayonnaise. Combine with dry noodles, pepper, celery, onion and crab. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle cheese over top and melt.
