TUNA & CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 (6-7 oz.) can tuna
1 (6-7 oz.) can crabmeat (Geisha $1.99 works great)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
8 oz. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
8-10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. sliced mushrooms (optional)

In large bowl mix tuna, crab, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, green pepper, and celery. Cook egg noodles, drain and mix with tuna mixture. In saucepan, mix soup, milk, and cheese. When cheese melts, mix with tuna mixture. Add mushrooms, if desired. Turn into casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
