CRAB AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 lb. can artichokes 1 small can sliced mushrooms 2 c. crab meat 1/4 c. plus parmesan 1/4 c. toasted bread crumbs Melt butter, stir in flour, add milk gradually. Cook on low, stirring constantly until thickened. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire, cheese, mustard, eggs, artichokes, mushrooms and crab meat. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350°F. Serves 6 to 8. |
