SEAFOOD ALFREDO CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. sauteed fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. imitation crab (salad style)
2 pkgs. Alfredo noodle mix
Garlic powder to taste
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Chef Paul Meat Magic seasoning (to taste) or Creole seasoning
Croutons
Paprika (garnish)

Mix noodles per package directions. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Mix seafood and mushrooms in with cooked noodle mix. Add nutmeg, garlic and seasoning. Top with crushed croutons and paprika. Bake until browned, about 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
