ROBERT'S ALMOND ROCA 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped almonds, unblanched
1/2 lb. milk chocolate, melted
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Melt butter and bring to a boil. Add sugar and cook hard five minutes, stirring constantly. Add almonds and cook four minutes.

Pour into pan measuring 9 x 9 inches. When this has cooled slightly, pour melted chocolate over it. Sprinkle with chopped walnut meats. Or, nuts may be added to melted chocolate before it is poured over first mixture.
