YOGURT - FRUIT TOSS 
1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
2 c. strawberries
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. seedless grapes
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 banana, sliced
1/4 tsp. poppy seeds

Stir together yogurt, brown sugar, cinnamon, and poppy seeds. In a medium sized bowl combine strawberries, grapes, and banana slices. Pour yogurt mixture over fruit; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill up to 3 hours. Toss again before serving. Serves 6.
