YOGURT FRUIT CUP 
2 c. undrained chopped fresh pineapple
1 c. bananas, mashed or raspberries or whole seedless grapes can be substitutes for bananas
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. sugar free maple syrup
1 sm. yogurt plain

Combine pineapple, pineapple juice, bananas or berries or grapes, nuts, and maple syrup; chill. At serving time, fold in yogurt.
