YOGURT FRUIT SQUARES 
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 (8 oz.) can pears in fruit juice
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. vanilla yogurt

Microwave (high) water in 4-cup microwave-safe measure 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cube pears; add to gelatin along with liquid and stir well.

Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened but not set. Slowly blend a little gelatin into plain yogurt until smooth. Return to measure. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8-inch square dish. Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Top each with a teaspoon of vanilla yogurt.

Plain yogurt can be substituted for vanilla yogurt as topping; sweeten with about 1 teaspoon sugar.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
