PECAN PETITES 
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. plain flour

Mix thoroughly and chill at least 30 minutes. Form into small balls and press into small muffin tins.

FILLING:

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Place nuts in bottom of cup and mixture on top and then sprinkle more nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes approximately 24. Can fill cups with lemon or chocolate pudding after baking.
