ICE CREAM COOKIES 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 beaten egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add egg yolk and vanilla, beat well. Add flour. Drop from tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
