6 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. flaked coconut
2 frozen pie crusts

Beat eggs in bowl with fork while butter is melting. Then fold in all ingredients. Pour in pie crusts and cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
