BROCCOLI-CHEESE SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
2 chicken bouillon cubes
5 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. fine noodles
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Place broccoli, bouillon cubes, and milk in a large pot. Let simmer until broccoli is thawed. Then add chicken soup, noodles, oregano, salt, and pepper, and onions. Let simmer about 15 minutes.

Make a paste out of the flour and melted butter and add to the other ingredients. Let simmer until it begins to thicken. Then add grated cheese. Remove from heat and allow to stand 10 minutes. Serves 8.
