CHICKEN - BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (4 oz.) pkg. med. noodles
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/4 c. diced pitted ripe olives
2 tbsp. chopped pimentos
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Prepare broccoli as directed on package; drain. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Combine chicken, sour cream, soup, olives, pimento, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add butter to bread crumbs and mix well.

Place noodles in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Add broccoli; sprinkle with half of the remaining cheese. Pour on the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with half of the remaining cheese. Pour on the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and then with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
