CRUNCHY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 can French fried onion rings
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken

Crush onion rings, mix with bread crumbs and cheese. Combine beaten egg and milk. Dip pieces of chicken in egg mixture, then roll in dry ingredients. Place in shallow baking pan; pour melted butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
