CINNAMON-LEMON DROPS 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

In bowl cream together sugar and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture. Blend well, cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Shape dough into small balls. Roll in small amount cinnamon-sugar to coat. Place cookies 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
