PORK CHOPS NORMANDY 
6 pork chops
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom
1/2 c. apple, diced
1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 tsp. thyme
Garlic powder to taste

Brown chops. Combine other ingredients in baking dish. Add chops, cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
