PORK CHOPS NORMANDY 
Pork chops, 1 per person, 1 3/4 inch thick
Apple cider
Granny Smith apples, sliced thinly
Butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

Place chops in greased baking dish. Add apple cider until level with the top of the chops. Place slices of apples on top of the chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes until pork chops are done.
