2 jars of drained artichokes
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 wedge Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all the above ingredients in an ungreased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with favorite crackers.
