ARTICHOKE HEART DIP 
2 cans artichoke hearts (tall)
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Parmesan cheese, reserve some to sprinkle on top
2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all together. Pour into 2 medium baking dishes. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, paprika, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs (optional) on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
