CABBAGE CACCIATORE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 c. chopped onions
1 med. head cabbage
1 (15 oz.) can or 2 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

In a large non-stick fry pan, saute beef and onions until meat is brown and onions are tender. Stir frequently to crumble meat. Cut cabbage in quarters and loosen leaves. Drain meat mixture and transfer into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Arrange cabbage leaves on meat mixture using all leaves. Blend garlic salt with spaghetti sauce and pour over cabbage. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for 5 minutes so cheese may melt. May serve with rice or noodles.
