CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. raw rice
1 med. size head cabbage
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water

Brown meat, salt and pepper, onion and rice in frying pan. Cut cabbage into bite size pieces. Add spaghetti sauce and water to meat. Bring to a boil. Layer cabbage and meat sauce in casserole. Use as much cabbage as possible. Cover and bake 1 hour or until cabbage is tender (350 degrees in 2 1/2 quart casserole).
