CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage, cut into pieces
1 can cream of onion soup
1/2 lb. cheese, diced
Cornbread
1 stick butter, cut into pats

Cook cabbage few minutes in slightly salted water (soup is salty). Drain. Add soup and cheese, pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with small amount of crumbled cornbread, then butter pats over that. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
