CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. celery
3 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can tomato soup

Boil cabbage until almost done. Brown beef; add onion, celery, and green pepper and fry 5 to 10 minutes. Put cabbage and meat mixture into 2 quart casserole. Stir in soup and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
