APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. nuts, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix pie filling and cinnamon; set aside. Beat flour, sugar, milk, butter, baking powder, salt and eggs in large bowl (30 seconds low speed, 2 minutes medium speed, scraping bowl often). Pour half of the batter into prepared pan. Spoon half of the pie filling over the batter. Repeat with remaining batter and pie filling. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over top; drizzle with melted butter. Bake until wooden tester in center comes out clean; 45 to 55 minutes.

GLAZE TOPPING:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tsp. hot water

Beat until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
